    Normally the restaurant is great. The last two trips were terrible. This recent trip our server was way more focused on a large table rather than us at all. Our four orders of wings came out with absolutely no dipping sauce at all(never asked if we wanted any). The wings were completely cold but my 3 yr olds food was way over cooked and hot looked like it was microwaved. She passed by our table 8 times(that I know of after I started counting could have been more) she didn't even look our way we never got a refill till we were leaving. She asked if we wanted to go cups and boxes we said yes. She brought us empty cups to pour our drinks into. Then when we went to the counter to pay so we could speak with a manager. She ran up and tried to ring us out. When we asked to speak to someone about it. She threw a card in the air and stormed into the kitchen. Both bad experiences have been with this same waitress. Then we were not offered even to speak with a manager.

    I always have a great wing experience when I go. I love the slaw. Slaw is crunchy and has no sugar which is how slaw should be made. Thanks BEE DUBS!

    We came in last Sunday late afternoon to have lunch and we waiting at the hostess station for a few minutes then we’re seated. The hostess never said our waiter/waitress will be with you shortly or any acknowledgement of one being with us shortly! They were not overly busy. We sat in our booth for 20 minutes and still not one staff member acknowledged us. Many walked by us with no acknowledgment. We love BW3’s yet we are very disappointed with their poor service at this location. We go frequently and really enjoy their food but this is absolutely ridiculous. If someone would have come over to let us know they were short staffed and extremely busy, that they will be with us as soon As possible, that would have been great. But to be completely ignored for 20 minutes is absolutely horrible. Not acceptable!!!!!

    Waitress was good and helpful. Food was tasty but not very warm. First time that has happened. Will give them another chance.
